Draft, review, approve, schedule and publish — with roles from contributor to owner.
Seven roles (owner, admin, managing editor, editor, author, contributor, analyst) decide who may write, review, publish, manage the design or the site. Permissions are checked on the server for every action, not only hidden in menus.
- Send to review, request changes with a note, approve, schedule in the site’s time zone, publish now.
- Two people editing the same article never overwrite each other silently: the second save is stopped and shows both versions.
- Every publication, unpublication and design change is recorded in the audit log.
