What we store
- Account data: email address, password hash (Argon2id), sign-in times, session records, roles.
- Content you and your team create, and its revision history.
- Security records: failed sign-in attempts (email stored as a hash), audit log entries of important actions.
- Reader statistics: page-view counts per page and day. No IP addresses, user agents or cookies of readers are stored for this.
- Contact requests you send us, with a hash of your IP address for abuse prevention.
What we do not do
- No advertising trackers or third-party analytics on the platform site or on published pages added by us.
- No sale of personal data.
Retention
Reader statistics are kept for 90 days; failed sign-in records for 30 days. Demo sandboxes and their data are deleted after two hours.
Your rights
Contact us to access, correct, export or delete your data. A self-service export is planned.
Processors and the legal basis for each processing purpose will be listed after legal review.
