1. The service
We provide hosting and a content management system for news publications. Features are described on this website; features marked as planned are not part of the service until released.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the people you invite and for keeping your password safe. You must give accurate contact details.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to your content. You grant us the permission needed to host, process and deliver it. You are responsible for what you publish and must follow the acceptable use policy.
4. Plans and payment
Prices are shown on the pricing page. Pay with PayPal for one or more months at a time; nothing renews automatically and you are reminded before a period ends.
5. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not offer a contractual service level unless agreed in writing.
6. Ending the service
You can export your content and close your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice where possible.
